Didn't pick up your order?
If your order is not picked up at a post office, convenience store or parcel machine after 14 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. Contact Dooomsday (Tec 1 AS) customer service to arrange a new order dispatch.
Return at the post office or mail in store
If you wish to return an item, please Dooomsday (Tec 1 AS) customer service at post@dooomsday.com, and a return label will be sent to you. It costs NOK 89 to return an item. Deliver the package to your post office or to Post in store.
If the return is due to a complaint, it is a free return, and we will send you a new item free of charge (provided the item is in stock).
Returned goods with defects
All returns are checked for defects. If an item is damaged, used beyond normal testing, labels have been removed or returned 14 days after it was first received, the return will not be approved. In this case, your order will be returned.
Refund
Normal processing time from when we receive your return is 1 - 2 days. Refunds will be made after the item has been received by us and checked for defects. Refunds are made to the same card and card number from which the payment was made. It will take between 2 - 4 business days for the refund to be credited to your card.
