How long do we keep your information?
Tec 1 AS will retain information that you have provided to us for as long as it is necessary for the purposes stated in the policy. Tec 1 AS will delete the personal information when Tec 1 AS has handled your inquiry, fulfilled an agreement, or when Tec 1 AS's legal obligation is fulfilled, or when you withdraw your consent by contacting us as explained below.
If you have not been a paying customer of Tec 1 AS in the last two years, all your personal data registered with us will be deleted. Exceptions to deletion are for Tec 1 AS to be able to fulfill legal obligations such as e.g. accounting reasons.
As an alternative to deletion, Tec 1 AS can remove identifying information from the personal data, so that the information can no longer be linked to you (anonymization). Tec 1 AS can use such anonymous information in its experience archive and to prepare analyzes and statistics, to adapt and develop Tec 1 AS's marketing and products in relation to consumers' wishes and needs.
The personal information will be stored on Tec 1 AS' own servers and with cloud service providers that support the Norwegian Personal Data Act (GDPR). Tec 1 AS does not hand over your personal data to other third parties unless you have consented to this.

For example, in some cases, we can deny you access to personal data if this results in you gaining access to the personal data of another person, or if we are legally prevented from disclosing such information.
